Manager - EPC

About the role

Prepar e progress reports and maintain a site installation log. You will also track progress against baseline (build project S-Curve) Intervene on unsafe work and coordinate corrective action with the responsible site authority. Set and enforce the safety standards for every site you lead, and make sure every person on site knows how to stop work when something is wrong.

What you'll do

• Prepare EPC installation schedules with resources, materials, equipment, dependencies and critical path, and drive recovery plans for delays
• Also track progress against baseline (build project S-Curve)
• Resolve multidisciplinary installation interfaces with Engineering, Quality, and Field Services
• Review constructability, method statements, technical queries, and design changes
• Drive inspections, nonconformance resolution, punch-list closure, mechanical completion records, and handover documentation

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Site execution
• Safety management
• Test cases
• B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech
