About the role
This role is based at Ranjangaon, Pune and will reports to Head HR.
What you'll do
- Lead Industrial Relations and Employee Relations initiatives, fostering a compliant, productive, and harmonious workplace
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and employment governance across factory and corporate operations
- Build and maintain effective relationships with labour authorities, government bodies, and regulatory agencies
- Manage union interactions, collective discussions, grievance resolution, and workforce engagement initiatives
- Oversee contract labour, apprentices, welfare programs, and statutory workforce compliance requirements
