About the role

You will lead a high‑performing team, partner with finance, sales and operations stakeholders, and champion process automation to improve cash flow and reduce days sales outstanding. This role reports to the Head of F&A Operations and contributes to strategic financial planning. Oversee end‑to‑end accounts receivable processes including cash application, collections, and billing.

What you'll do

• Lead a high‑performing team, partner with finance, sales and operations stakeholders
• Oversee end‑to‑end accounts receivable processes including cash application, collections, and billing
• Ensure timely posting of payments and accurate reconciliation of accounts
• Lead a team of AR analysts, providing coaching, performance management and career development
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cash flow and reduce DSO

What you need

• 7–13 years in finance, audit & banking
• Cash flow
