About the role

This role combines strategic oversight of cash application, billing, collection and dispute management with strong stakeholder communication and people‑leadership capabilities to ensure financial health and operational excellence. Oversee the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including cash application, invoicing, collections and dispute resolution.

What you'll do

• Oversee the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including cash application, invoicing, collections and dispute resolution
• Develop and enforce AR policies, procedures and controls aligned with corporate standards
• Monitor daily cash flow, aging reports and key performance indicators, driving timely collections
• Lead a team of AR analysts and coordinators, providing coaching, performance feedback and career development
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Insurance Operations to resolve billing issues and improve processes
