About the role

The role combines operational excellence with strategic stakeholder engagement, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, effective travel & expense handling, and robust reconciliation activities while mentoring a high‑performing team. Oversee full‑cycle invoice processing and ensure compliance with client policies.

What you'll do

• Oversee full‑cycle invoice processing and ensure compliance with client policies
• Manage payment execution, including ACH, wire transfers, and check runs
• Supervise travel & expense (T&E) validation, approval, and reimbursement
• Resolve vendor and internal queries promptly to maintain strong relationships
• Conduct vendor and bank reconciliations, identifying and correcting discrepancies
