About the role

Responsible for the accurate and timely review and processing of Expense Reports, Invoices, Sub Consultant Invoices and AP Adjustments, along with week and month-end processing related to Accounts Payable activities. Responsible for timely reconciliation for bank transaction for Premier Inn Hotels. Verify the AP invoices with the supporting document.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the accurate and timely review and processing of Expense Reports, Invoices, Sub Consultant Invoices and AP Adjustments
• Responsible for timely reconciliation for bank transaction for Premier Inn Hotels
• Verify the AP invoices with the supporting document
• Generate Reports in Oracle and clear the exception errors
• Work with team lead on analysis and various reporting

What you need

• 3–6 years in accounting & taxation
• Reconciliation
• Accounts payable
• Billing
• Any graduate
