Manager - Finance & Accounting

About the role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Management Accounting (COE) team as part of our risk, reinsurance, and capital business at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai Hiranandani. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role supports statutory accounting, tax compliance, and month-end close activities for assigned legal entities.

What you'll do

• Reconcile GAAP Adjustments of individual entities by referring to bridge report
• Ensure workiva templates are rolled forward correctly and maintained upto date
• Liaise and support audit binder compliance, supporting LEC to get the audits completed on time and with greatest quality
• Review and maintenance of DPM.s (Process notes)
• Help LEC in the monthly review of PL and BS schedules, IFRS 15 models such as CTF, PPO etc

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• Accounting
• Financial analysis
• US GAAP
• Reporting
• IFRS
• Month-end close
• Chartered Accountant or B.Com or Diploma
