Manager Finance & Accounts

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and compliance-oriented Finance Manager to lead our corporate finance function. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless financial operations, managing corporate taxation (Direct & Indirect), driving the budgeting cycle, and providing strategic financial inputs to executive leadership.

What you'll do

• Prepare accurate Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in compliance with Indian GAAP and Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards)
• Audit Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Statutory, Internal, and Tax Auditors. Ensure smooth audit closures with minimal queries
• FP&A (Budgeting & Variance Analysis): Drive the annual budgeting exercise. Prepare monthly MIS reports for the leadership team
