Manager - Finance and Accounts

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on finance and accounting professional to own the books and day-to-day finance operations for Awaaz Labs Pvt. Ltd., Smallest.ai http://Smallest.ai’s India entity. You’ll be the internal owner of accounting accuracy, customer billing, collections, payables and monthly reporting.

What you'll do

• A. Accounting and month-end close
• Own the accuracy and completeness of the India entity’s books in Zoho Books
• Drive month-end close, including bank and balance-sheet reconciliations, accruals, provisions and supporting schedules
• Review the outsourced partner’s entries, resolve discrepancies and address recurring errors at the source
• Maintain intercompany reconciliations with the US parent and coordinate the resolution of differences

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Reconciliation
• GST
• TDS
• Accounting
• Month-end close
• MIS reporting
• Chartered Accountant
