Manager - Finance & Accounts

About the role

The Manager – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for ensuring robust financial management, accurate accounting, and compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements across Head Office and regional offices. The role will strengthen financial controls, ensure timely statutory filings and reporting, maintain the integrity of books of accounts, and support consistent financial practices across decentralised operations.

What you'll do

• Manage employee related statutory obligations (deduction, timely deposit and filing of returns) for PF, ESI, NPS, Professional Tax and similar levies
• Ensure accurate and timely TDS deduction, monthly deposit and quarterly return filing
• Prepare and file TDS returns using SARAL software also ensure TDS return filing by other regions without any delay
• Regular review of TDS compliances to ensure there are no defaults in HO & regional offices
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency and timeliness of all GST matters including applicability, reverse charge, invoicing, monthly deposit and returns

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Tally
• Accounting
• TDS
• GST
• Excel
• Bookkeeping
• B.Com or MBA or BBA or M.Com or Chartered Accountant or CMA
