Manager Finance

About the role

An experienced finance professional with over 3 years in a leadership role, overseeing end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, treasury, taxation, statutory books closing and audit finalization, costing, and financial reporting. Proven expertise in strategic planning, credit control, and pricing support in close partnership with senior leadership.

What you'll do

• Develop long-term strategies and governance frameworks for credit control and collections management
• Support senior leadership in defining financial control objectives, setting targets, and establishing robust internal control mechanisms
• Collaborate with the Head of Finance and Marketing teams to formulate pricing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead the budgeting process at the business unit level, including preparation of budget schedules, formats, assumptions, and consolidation of departmental inputs
• Monitor budget adherence, perform variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions as necessary
