About the role

This role is an Individual Contributor (IC) responsible for finance business partnering with Walmart US Commercial Finance teams. The role involves financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management to support strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes. The incumbent will provide insights into risks and opportunities while ensuring financial discipline and governance.

What you'll do

• Partner with WMT US Commercial Finance teams to support planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Drive financial planning cycles (weekly/monthly/quarterly) including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Perform variance analysis, cost center analysis, and provide actionable insights on risks & opportunities
• Build financial models and support P&L management, consolidation, and reporting
• Lead stakeholder discussions and influence decision-making through data-driven insights
