What you'll do

• Work directly with clients to support equity plan management, auditor, and participant needs, including reporting, reconciliation, and ongoing advisory support
• Serve as the primary client contact for assigned engagements, assuming full ownership of client relationships and acting as the main point of escalation for…
• Lead equity system implementations and private‑to‑public conversions, including project planning, coordination, execution, and client communication
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, maintaining active communication to set expectations, manage scope and budgets, ensure deadlines are met
• Use and implement equity administration platforms on behalf of clients, including Carta, Shareworks, Certent, Fidelity, and Equity Edge Online

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
