About the role

The Manager, FP&A (Industrial Finance & Financial Consolidation), is responsible for leading financial planning, performance analysis, and financial consolidation activities across industrial operations. The role partners closely with plant leadership, operations, supply chain, and corporate finance teams to provide actionable insights, enhance financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and ensure accurate and timely management reporting.

What you'll do

  • Financial Planning & Forecasting
  • Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans for industrial operations
  • Ensure alignment of financial plans with business strategies, operational goals, and performance objectives
  • Partner with operational leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and key business drivers impacting financial performance
