Manager - Financial Planning (FP&A) (Call Center experience must)

About the role

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and analytical Manager - Business Finance (BPO) to join our global finance team. The successful candidate will serve as a key financial partner to our operations leadership, driving data-backed decisions that enhance business performance across our BPO operations.

What you'll do

• Prepare and manage monthly financial forecasts, variance analysis, and performance reports
• Analyze revenue and cost drivers, linking call center metrics (AHT, SLAs, Occupancy, Shrinkage, Attrition, etc.) to financial outcomes
• Develop financial models to evaluate the impact of operational and workforce decisions on profitability
• Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, and HR teams to align staffing and productivity with financial goals
• Track and report business KPIs across clients, projects, and delivery centers

What you need
