Manager, Financial Reporting & Consolidation

About the role

The Manager – Financial Reporting & Consolidation is responsible for leading the Group consolidation and external financial reporting process, including the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, half-year and year-end consolidated financial statements, statutory reporting and Japanese GAAP (‘JGAAP’) and US GAAP submissions.

What you'll do

• Support the Group financial reporting and consolidation agenda, ensuring complete, accurate and timely reporting to senior management and relevant stakeholders
• Provide technical accounting input on complex transactions, new reporting requirements and changes in accounting standards
• Lead the implementation of the group reporting calendar, ownership model and quality review framework across reporting entities
• Drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement across consolidation, statutory reporting and close processes
• Provide meaningful analysis and insights on Group results, balance sheet movements, cash flow and emerging risks
