A successful Manager - FP&A should have: A professional degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in financial tools and software, with advanced Excel skills. Analytical thinking and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
