About the role

Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strong risk and control awareness across the team. Prior experience in oversight, assurance, control review, or third-party administrator/vendor management is preferred. People management or team leadership experience, with the ability to coach, review, guide, and develop team members.

What you'll do

• Ensure procedures, policies, and operational documentation remain current, comprehensive, and aligned with business and regulatory expectations
• Performing Management reporting on the monthly/ adhoc basis including KPI, KRI’s, business matrix and project updates
