About the role

Manager- Fund Investor Allocation at Arcesium. Accountability for the work product of the team — accuracy of fund and investor NAV in Arcesium Fund and Investor Allocations.

What you'll do

• Review of legal documents, LPAs, PPMs, and fee agreements
• Review the set up of legal entity, investor, class, series and deal partitions as per the legal documents analysis
• Reviewing, analyzing, and setting up P&L allocation logics as per the legal documents
• Reviewing, analyzing, and setting up management fees and incentive fees, considering hurdles, waterfalls and carried interest complexities
• Reviewing and processing investor capital transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, distributions

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• CFA
• Excel
• Accounting
• Reconciliation
• Reporting
• Chartered Accountant or CFA or MBA
