About the role

The General Accounting Manager will lead end-to-end accounting process within the Record to Report (R2R) function, ensuring robust financial close execution, strong control environment, and continuous transformation through automation and AI. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, various stakeholders and leadership to drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability of global GL processes.

What you'll do

• Financial Close & Reporting
• Own and manage month-end and quarter-end close processes and ensure the timelines
• Drive proactive issue resolution and escalation management throughout
• Develop strong hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP (R12 and Oracle Cloud) SAP ERP and various other finance tools
• Advantage to have knowledge on Tableau

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
