About the role

As an SME, drive sustainable automation in EIT (Enterprise Independent Testing) test design, development, and implementation using a modern infrastructure and thoughtfully-designed solutions. Additionally, train/mentor the Test Automation team and help with creating dashboards for the reporting purposes.

What you'll do

• Developing testing automation that provides timely, useful, and actionable independent insight on the operational health of Bank of America’s processes
• Work closely with process owners in the Front-Line Units and Control Functions (FLUs/CFs) to obtain an understanding of their processes, including underlying data
• The processes to be assessed span across multiple Products, Regulations and Enterprise Processes. The outputs of the methodologies will be used to drive process…
• The role requires being able to document and verbally explain the intuition and details behind the methodologies in a manner that is clear, concise
• The Test Tools and Automation SME will then convert the test requirements into automated tests via Python and SQL

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
