Manager- GL Accounting - GCC

About the role

CA/CMA/MBA with approximately 16-20 years of experience. Candidates from Retail industry would be given strong preference. Deep understanding of IFRS, Ind AS, and local GAAP frameworks. Proven experience managing audits, statutory reporting, and complex multi-country finance operations Demonstrated people leadership experience managing large finance teams.

What you'll do

• Lead global financial reporting, audits, and strategic close processes
• Drive process transformation and lead high-performing finance teams
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities for multiple international entities
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit deliverables
