Manager - Global Financial Reporting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong finance professional to be part of the Global Financial Reporting team for Ind AS and Financial Reporting.

What you'll do

• Act as the Centre of Excellence (COE) for Ind AS and Financial Reporting matters across the Group and provide technical accounting support to businesses and finance teams
• Provide accounting guidance on complex and non-routine transactions including acquisitions, disposals, business combinations, mergers, demergers, restructurings
• Draft and review technical accounting memorandums, accounting position, accounting policy documents, and other complex accounting matters
• Support preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements, disclosures, and accounting assessments in compliance with Ind AS requirements
• Evaluate the impact of new accounting standards, amendments, interpretations, regulatory announcements
