This cross-functional role supports Global Retirement Delivery with a significant focus on Total Rewards Administration Excellence across the broader benefits portfolio. The role is responsible for accurate and compliant administration, delivery quality, governance, vendor performance and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Responsible for accurate and compliant administration, delivery quality, governance, vendor performance and continuous improvement
• Define and maintain practical service standards, procedures, controls and documentation that support consistent delivery across regions
• Perform quality reviews, process assessments and testing to confirm that processes, system changes and controls operate as intended
• Identify delivery risks and recurring issues, conduct root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions
• Drive improvements that simplify processes, strengthen controls and enhance employee and stakeholder experience
