What you'll do

• Rewards & Recognition Ops Administration
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of global rewards and recognition programs, including bonuses, equity grants, benchmarking exercises
• Act as the primary liaison with global stakeholders, internal teams (IT, Finance, HR), and external vendors to maintain seamless operations
• Systems, Tools & Technical Support
• Provide operational guidance and support, collaborating with HR IT to test, monitor, and enhance platforms and functionalities
