What you'll do

• Provide direction, coaching, feedback, and technical guidance to a team of analysts and individual contributors
• Establish team goals, clarify roles and accountabilities, and connect daily work to business priorities
• Lead delivery across multiple well-defined, multi-quarter projects
• Serve as a technical lead for a defined domain and select appropriate technologies for business and partner needs
• Partner with Product teams to develop and deliver roadmaps

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Communication
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
