What you'll do

• Lead and manage the Housekeeping Department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and presentation across guest rooms, public areas
• Develop, implement, and review departmental policies, standard operating procedures
• Recommend and implement improvements in housekeeping methods, equipment, staffing, and operational processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality
• Establish and maintain aesthetic and quality standards for housekeeping products, guest amenities, and services in line with brand standards
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by anticipating guest needs, maintaining attention to detail, respecting guest privacy, and resolving service issues promptly
