About the role

Vendor Management and ensure compliance to all regulations Liaison with Government authorities for Labor licenses and other audits as and when required Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure policies and procedures remain current and effective. Foster positive employee relations through regular communication, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.

What you'll do

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management review
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities
• Manage inventory and procurement of office and facility supplies
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

What you need
