Manager - Human Resources

About the role

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resources operations for the plant, including talent acquisition, employee relations, industrial relations, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, performance management, contract labour administration.

What you'll do

• Support Talent Acquisition and any other responsibilities assigned by the HOD or Management
• Build and maintain positive employee relations across the plant
• Support disciplinary processes, grievance redressal, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies
• Manage compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, CLRA, Factories Act, and other applicable labour legislations
