About the role

This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of next-generation routing and switching hardware platforms, from concept and design through validation, production release
  • Manage NPI programs by defining and tracking project schedules, budgets, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), milestones, risks
  • Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, aligning engineering, PCB layout, signal integrity, power, mechanical, CPLD/FPGA, firmware/BIOS, software
  • Drive hardware design decisions and technical trade-offs to optimize product performance, quality, reliability, manufacturability, and cost
  • Oversee hardware design, implementation, PCB development, Gerber generation, BoM release, board bring-up, debugging, and system-level validation
