Manager II Program Management, Global Catalog Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced people leader to join our rapidly growing team as a Manager II, Program Management. In this role you will build and lead a team of SMEs, auditors and Program Managers responsible for developing insights and eliminating quality defects that affect business metrics.

What you'll do

• Build, lead, and develop a team of auditors, SMEs and program managers, owning hiring, performance management, coaching, and career growth
• Own catalog quality programs, setting priorities across competing initiatives and allocating team capacity to the highest impact work
• Establish the operating mechanisms, standards, and roadmap that ensure your team's programs deliver measurable business and operational outcomes
• Be accountable for the aggregate delivery and business/operational metrics of the programs under your team
• Drive quantitative, data-oriented decision making across the portfolio and champion the adoption of technology solutions and process improvements
