What you'll do

• Build an Operational Controle Center (OCC) model for supporting SAP, MfgPro, QAD, Mainframe platforms and applications
• Provide program leadership, transitions tracking, budgeting and support vendor management
• Provide leadership for automation using complex operational data and derive business actions
• Analyse service performance data to identify trends, recurring issues, service improvement opportunities, and operational risks that can be addressed with AI/Automation
• Partner with IT leadership, service owners, and operational teams to establish meaningful performance metrics and reporting standards
