What you'll do
- ? Drive desired efficiency on Collection / persistency to support vertical’s P&L
- ? Engage with both TB & Field teams to drive collections calling & visits ( On Roll & Off Roll )
- ? Create easy dashboards to sensitize teams on collections waterfall, through constant dashboards everyday
- ? Ensure team guidance for driving DRR and Shortfall coverages
- ? Customer services – Ensure real time customer query/escalation closure with effective coordination with all stakeholder (Ops/IT/Analytics/ Partner Etc)
