What you'll do

• Lead and develop the India IT team, setting clear priorities, ownership, and timelines while building a culture of accountability, proactive problem-solving
• Partner with global IT & Security to implement technology initiatives, security standards, and IT policies across India, ensuring smooth rollouts
• Own IT infrastructure and day-to-day operations across offices and laboratories, including enterprise networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, backup connectivity, shared storage
• Ensure secure and reliable systems, managing user access, data backups, endpoint compliance, and laboratory computer connectivity in collaboration with scientific teams
• Drive operational excellence and cost efficiency through IT asset management, software licensing, vendor contracts, budgets, SOPs, documentation

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• Office 365
• Firewalls
• Networking
• Intune
• SOP writing
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA or M.Tech or MCA or M.Sc
