About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT professional to l IT Asset Management (ITAM), CMDB Governance, and Vendor Management within a large enterprise / BFSI environment. The role will drive governance, operational excellence, compliance, configuration management, asset lifecycle controls, vendor performance, and ServiceNow-based process maturity aligned with ITIL, Audit, Security, and Regulatory standards .

What you'll do

• Develop and implement enterprise IT Asset Management policies, standards, and governance frameworks
• Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, licenses, and non-IT assets
• Drive license compliance, optimization, and cost management initiatives
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Security, and Infrastructure teams for asset governance and controls
• Perform periodic audits, reconciliation, and asset validation exercises
