What you'll do

Own and drive global RTR process standardization, assessing current processes, designing future-state solutions
Lead process transformation, automation, and optimization initiatives in partnership with Deloitte and internal stakeholders to improve efficiency, control
Perform process impact assessments, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive change management for process, policy, and technology-related initiatives
Define, maintain, and govern RTR policies, SOPs, controls, and process documentation to ensure compliance, consistency, and adherence to global standards
Serve as the RTR process authority, providing governance, process expertise, and guidance on policies, controls, best practices, and operational protocols
