What you'll do

• Policy implementation Training & Development: Work closely with senior management to identity
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's mission and values
• Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
• Developing and implementing a performance management system to monitor and improve employee performance
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary, bonuses, and other incentives

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
