About the role

The role will focus on developing long-term partnerships with top developers, driving project influence at early stages, and achieving sustainable business growth through Key Project Management (KPM).

What you'll do

  • Strategic Account Management Develop and execute national KPM strategy for key developers across Bangalore & Hyderabad
  • Build and strengthen relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, and key stakeholders
  • Identify strategic developer accounts and drive preferred vendor positioning
  • Generate and manage business opportunities across waterproofing, admixtures, flooring, roofing, repair, building finishes, and related construction solutions
  • Influence specifications at design stage and ensure conversion into business
