About the role

The Supplier Relationship Manager operates within the Group Supply Management function to optimise, govern, and enhance the performance of key suppliers across the Corporate Affairs and Marketing domain. This role focuses on providing analytical insights into supplier performance, conducting routine contract due diligence, and maintaining robust risk and compliance oversight.

What you'll do

• Manage supplier contracts within the Corporate Affairs and Marketing domain
• Monitor service performance, KPIs, and SLAs
• Ensure contract obligations are met and corrective actions are supported where necessary
• Track budgets and actual spend against plans
• Assist in managing supplier compliance with contractual commitments
