About the role

As a Manager Legal & Compliance at Adani, you will be entrusted with a broad spectrum of responsibilities critical to safeguarding the organization’s legal interests and supporting strategic business objectives. Provide timely and accurate legal advice to various business units on corporate governance, regulatory requirements, contract interpretation, and risk mitigation.

What you'll do

• Be entrusted with a broad spectrum of responsibilities critical to safeguarding the organization’s legal interests and supporting strategic business objectives
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Collaborate closely with business teams to tailor contracts that safeguard organizational interests while enabling business growth
• Work proactively to prevent legal disputes by anticipating issues and advising accordingly
• Prepare case briefs, gather necessary documentation, and monitor case progress to ensure timely resolutions aligned with organizational goals
