About the role

The Manager, Legal, will be part of this centralized team, assisting in legal operations for CACTUS and its overseas entities. One of the most exciting parts of this role is the opportunity to work on diverse assignments and exposure to various legal and compliance matters on a global scale making it a unique opportunity for dynamic legal professionals.

What you'll do

Legal Advisory & Risk Management: Provide actionable legal advice, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies for business initiatives
Business Partnering, working closely with internal teams to address legal concerns and provide practical solutions that align with business objectives
Fast closure and efficiency
Demonstrated expertise in international corporate and contractual laws
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
