Prior experience supporting setup or expansion of operations in India or working for MNCs is highly desirable. What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring legal, commercial, and operational risks are appropriately addressed
• Develop, standardize, and maintain contract and purchase order templates to improve efficiency and consistency across business transactions
• Provide ongoing legal and regulatory advice on Indian corporate, SEZ, employment, and other applicable laws
• Support entity incorporation, establishment, and ongoing corporate compliance requirements
• Assist in the implementation and localization of global policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with Indian legal requirements
