Manager - Legal

About the role

The position is envisaged to handle and manage business’s contracts & transactions pertaining to Airport Land Development. The incumbent will also be responsible for structuring of the transactions, handling and advising on the legal issues, providing risk mitigation strategies. Legal documentation and negotiations, including retail lease/license agreements, LOIs, CAM agreements, amendments, renewals, and tenant-specific negotiations.

What you'll do

• Draft, Review and Negotiate Agreements related to project financing, joint ventures and development aggrements (SHA, Share transfer aggrements, Term Loans)
• Risk mitigation approach while drafting and review Agreements, Lease Deeds and other contractual documents
• Timely delivery of the drafts
• Preparing Internal legal opinions and advises
• Review documents,letter & aggrements in line with the appropriate rules and acts
