Manager - Logistics

About the role

Single point of contact responsible for planning and execution for Outbound logistics. Definition of logistics SLAs, inbound/outbound contracts and penalty clauses with periodic refresh including facilitating negotiations, coordinating with services providers for negotiation with periodic validation.

What you'll do

• Oversee the order-to-delivery process as per business Target
• Manage and optimize logistics costs
• Ensure qualitative, damage-free deliveries to maintain high customer satisfaction (PPM)
• Plan logistics to minimize detention times for P2P movements
• Effectively monitor logistics performance from all Logistics Service Providers

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Logistics
• SAP
• Warehouse operations
• Excel
• Accounts payable
• Power BI
• B.Tech or B.E.
