About the role

Behind every strategic decision at Bajaj Finance sits a number — and behind that number sits the Management Accounting team. We own the financial narrative of the organisation: end-to-end P&L preparation, annual budgeting, variance analysis, Incentive governance, and the structured reviews that reach senior and top management.

What you'll do

• Incentive Governance Checking and processing the Cross sell incentives for On-roll, Off-Role, SPI, SMT, Contest along with call centre incentive
• Co-ordination with HR Support HR unit for relevant data regarding Business achievement, Incentive callouts, and any other information as when desired
• P&L Preparation & Reporting Support the preparation of business-level monthly P&Ls across the Flash, Actual, and Estimate cycles
• Data Governance & Validation Collect financial and non-financial inputs from stakeholders, conduct reasonableness checks
• Variance & Trend Analysis Analyse actuals against AOP and Estimates, identify key drivers of variance, and prepare clear, defensible callouts for management review

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Accounting
• Reconciliation
• MIS reporting
• Financial reporting
• Accounts receivable
• Excel
• Chartered Accountant or MBA
