• Work at the heart of global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services—solving real client challenges through connected collaboration
• Translating M&A objectives into actionable application separation, integration, and modernization strategies
• Leading application workstreams across due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, Day 1 readiness, and TSA exit programs
• Conducting workshops, decision-making forums, and steering committee discussions with client executives and deal stakeholders
• Assessing and defining target-state application strategies and business process dependencies across various domains
