What you'll do

• Goal-oriented finance leader for acquired entity to ensure timely closure of books and submission of deliverables on a monthly basis
• Assist in publishing monthly MIS in a timely manner , conducting financial data analysis, Variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Support business operations, prepare financial statements , possess expert knowledge in IND AS
• Ensure compliance with post-acquisition requirements, Drive Post-Merger Financial Integration, and present to committees and stakeholders
• Manage payroll and ensure compliance

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
• M&A
• MIS reporting
• Financial statements
• Ind AS
• Variance analysis
• Budgeting
• Any graduate
