About the role

As a Manager- Marketing, you will have to develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned international markets and regions to strengthen Mahindra brand equity, support business growth and enhance customer engagement.

What you'll do

• Develop annual marketing plans, assess market trends, competition and customer insights for assigned regions
• Execute integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, Events and Retail; ensure brand consistency
• Partner with country teams and distributors for effective implementation of marketing initiatives
• Drive content strategy, channel management, engagement, governance, capability building and performance tracking
• Manage budgets, track ROI, evaluate performance and recommend improvements
