Manager - MarTech & Customer Engagement

About the role

The Deputy Manager / Manager – MarTech will be responsible for strengthening DS Group's customer engagement and first-party data ecosystem through effective use of Customer Engagement Platform (CleverTap), Customer Data Platform (CDP), marketing automation and customer intelligence. The role will drive personalized customer journeys, campaign effectiveness, database growth and data-driven decision making across multiple business verticals.

What you'll do

• Customer Engagement & Marketing Automation
• Own and manage CleverTap for planning, execution and optimization of omnichannel campaigns across Push Notifications, Email, SMS, WhatsApp and other digital channels
• Design automated customer journeys based on lifecycle, behaviour and business objectives
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing and continuously improve engagement, conversion and retention metrics
• Collaborate with brand, digital and business teams to deliver personalized customer experiences
