About the role

Focus on creating strong merchant partnerships, executing impactful offers smoothly, optimizing costs, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

What you'll do

• Build strong partnerships with merchants across different categories (online and offline) and close good deals for offers and campaigns
• Develop a marketing calendar of Merchant offers on yearly basis
• Plan and run merchant-led offers, rewards, and campaigns to drive customer spends and usage
• Onboard new merchants and keep them actively engaged to deliver attractive offers for customers
• Work with merchants to create the right offers for different customer segments and stages (new, active, high spenders)

What you need

• 2–7 yrs of experience
• Product marketing
• Communication
• Any graduate
